Inclement Weather/ Virtual Learning Information
Dear Families,
During inclement weather, your support at home is essential to helping students stay safe, engaged, and learning. Below are a few simple ways you can help your child stay on track during virtual learning days:
● Help your child log in to their learning platforms and complete assigned work.
● Set up a quiet, comfortable space for learning when possible.
● Encourage reading, writing, and math practice through fun activities such as journaling, educational games, or family reading time.
● Keep a regular daily routine to help your child stay focused and motivated.
● Check school communication channels often for updates, assignments, and helpful resources.
To be counted present on virtual learning days, students must complete their learning packets for each assigned day. All packets are due to teachers within three days of returning to school.
Your child’s completed learning packet will count as a Quarter 3 Bronze grade in PowerSchool.
Teachers will also host virtual office hours to support students who need help with assignments or have questions.
